Asia. Um, drawing a blank. Some stand out, sort of. AW11, FD RX7, that skyline in between the 34 and 35. MK4 Supra with a little bit of rice on it. Dunno, they've never really made a good looking car that I can think of.
America. Mustang, especially 05 onwards. GT40 (arguably not American design) the new corvettes. Any big 60s muscle.
Europe. Aston Martin, gruppe c Porsche / Mercedes, Hamann F430, Alfa Romeo Tipo 33. Some of the older BMW racers, Bentley Hunadieres, JAG 220

Yes , because all the greatest things automotive really are just old American cars ay . All though as far as design , ( not to mention generally superior quality , suspension dynamics etc goes ) you can't actually think of something from Europe !

Not interested in the others, but its well documented that the W126 Mercedes Benz AMG SEC 500 was and remains the pinnacle of European car design; and I`m not just saying that because I`ve got one ! I mean, I`ve also got a Volvo 740 and I`m not saying anything about that !
