Reconditioning alloy wheels

I am currently reconditioning a set of 14x8 ROH Prostars. I was wondering if there is anyone in southland who can spin them up on a cnc lathe and give them a wee skim, or someone who can dip them in something to take the clear and old paint off them.

Why a CNC lathe!

Have you tried paint stripper!crazy as it seems paint stripper will actually strip stuff like paint.I always use it on mags that have crappy clear coat, one tin will do 4 -8 mags depending on how bad etc and will cost around $15.Of course it will also take some elbow grease and time. Then once you have the gunk and clear coat off,use a steelo pad to polish before using a polishing alloy wax or autosol. They will come up like a mirror.

what he said. Much cheaper and works well

This is not possible without the CNC bit!
