No, nothing "hard". It's just that it takes time. Intercooler, heat shields, brackets, rusty or tight bolts, etc. Who knows, if I do this kind of job a dozen times, times will improve.
You may know the in's and out's, but if the POS has been pulled apart so many times, then I'm sure every bolt will come out with ease.
