They are still on the originalfront axle, and are not as rotten as the photo may suggest

if the hubcap was removedand the wheel stud was exposed whether it is three or six studmay help

Definitly not Morris 8, they had a hubcap with a screw thru it and not so many slots. maybe Austin 10 or similar.
