Not full insurance so insurance wont cover it unfortunately. Had a quote of $350. but hoping to pay less than that

$350 is about right. Would be tough to find cheaper. Try the company intrade mentioned, they sell on TM and supply and fit. They have workshops throughout the country.

cost me 134$ for just the windscreen for my fiat tipo . got a mobile installer for 130$ so it cost 264$

Fast autoglass is good, i used them on my A3, it was just under $400. Also I rang quite a few places and they were the cheapest in CHC. Just as an idea: Smith and smith quoted around $800 and Novus was around $550 from memory, when everyone else was in the $400 to $450 range.
