Tyre Panda?

If used is that the end of the tyre! Have to get a new tyre! Do they keep inflated for a day or two!

Depends on why it went down, . but no, not the end of the tyre.
But you would be wise to get puncture itself ( if that's what caused deflation) fixed sooner rather than later.

Don't use it in a motorbike tyre, it goes rock hard and rock hard motorbike tyres are NOT fun.-
.trust me, i found out the hard way lol.

Asking around the tyre outfits the common answer was the goo can be removed but a patch won't stick due to the chemicals in the Panda stuff!

Once the goo is removed they use a liquid buffer or acetone based spray to clean the area, then an air die grinder with a special stone on it to buff the area the patch is to be placed, then once again wipe it clean with liquid buff. The patch will stick with no issues! Ive done hundreds of them in my old tyre shop.
