if you were going to buy another boat would you go private or trade ya other boat at a dealer an save any hassles of selling your!

I agree with Matt above. I have had boats for almost 30 years and each time i have changed, upgraded, downsized, etc, etc. it has been about finding the boat i wanted next before considering trading, selling privately etc. if you sell your boat now you could sit on the beach for sometime before you find the "right" vessel next. i would take my boat to a couple of dealers get a trade in quote from them, slap it on trade me for a week auction with the trade price as a reserve. win win
