Insurance for 'classic' car.

Oh heck. I used the word "classic" only to try and relate to the insurance such 'genuine' cars have. A policy covering very limited use, garaged securely at all times, no more that 3,500k per year is what I was interested in. I pay full whack on 3 vehicles so I hoped to get the PT reduced due to aforesaid restrictions. .and NO the limited use is not during the hours of darkness so none of the critics can laugh at it.lol

Try swann insurance mate. Insurance companies are really not interested in how much use the vehicle has, they only interested in if the vehicle is secured properly when garaged, who drives it and what age, e,t,c. e,t,c. Classic cover is a little different I would imagine. But given the fact you can buy Retro styled cars based upon past classics, who knows what the insurance companies term ( CLASSIC ) anymore. I`ve insured the Charger with Swann, they were easy to deal with and I didn`t require an independent valuation of the vehicle. Hope this helps.
