Who's got the cheapest fills this week. Sometimes see garage's advertising cheap fills on certain days but can't remember which ones they are.

down this way it's 32 for a fill, it is also 34 for a swap, and the swap bottles are in damn good nick too, often new tested and new valves, repaint etc good way to get rid of the 1/2 dozen out of test bottles - they welcome out of test
don't have the volume to be able to get discounted like it sounds some do in the larger centers

$24.90 seems to be the best price in Chch, at the Challenge station at the top end of Opawa Rd - where the taxis seem to refuel.Fast service as well. The swappa bottle thing is probably fine if you're just getting the odd fill for a BBQ or gas cooktop, but we're using gas to heat our place ATM, as despite the Earthquake Minister's claim that things are okay down here with the "recovery", due to the abject incompetence of his EQ Ministry and EQC, we're going through our second winter with no heating, and broken windows haphazardly boarded up with the wind blowing through, and are effectively banned from taking matters into our own hands by fixing this up ourselves, even at our own cost.Crazy stuff.
