heater only blows out at your face and not feet or demister can any one please help

had similar with my commordore, vacum controled, hose had brokern at vacum takeoffback of head, put hose back on problem gone!

shouldnt really have told you seeing as you drive a ford,lol, but ill make an exception, you might have to look for the small dia rubber hose that will come out of the firewall somewhere and travell along and no doubt disapear to some damm awkard place, good luck

Blowing on the windscreen is default for no vacuum. So it's not that.
Most likely a jammed door.
