180sx + 300zx brakes

i am looking at getting 300zx brakes for my 180sx just want to know what i will have to change other then calipers and rotors

I'll assume your 180sx calipers are 2 pot with soft brake lines going to them. If so, you will prob need to use the 300zx hard brake line off the caliper, they should connect midway to your 180sx soft lines

300ZX brakes are the same as R32 GTS-T aswell just for your info.
The main difference is the hubs are 4 stud on the S13 and 5 stud on the other brakes, so you best bet is to get an engineer to re drill the rotor to 4x114.3, then its nearly a bolt on job as the caliper spacing is 100mm on both, then its just a matter of a small mod to the banjo fitting on the brake line from memory and it bolts strait on or as the above guy says just use the rubber line from a the same vehicle and it will bolt into your S13!
Otherwise if you use S14 or S15 5 stuf hubs well you will need new wheels also.

what about R33 skyline Non turbo brakes, their 4x114.3 and twin pots

pretty sure the non turbo r33 has thinner 25mm disks, so the caliper wont fit over the a 30mm thick disk. Another thing to think about, will your wheels clear 4 pot calipers! I converted my turbo stagea fronts to 4 pot r32 calipers (factory turbo stagea only have 2 pot calipers but 30mm think disks), anyway the 4 pots would not clear my factory 4 stud wheels so I had to do the wheels at the same time.
