Have a look under the car, a plastic bag might have gotten caught nearby the exhaust.

Some years ago an acquaintance of mine had something like this, kept driving for many days until the van stopped. Idler pulley on the timing belt seized. Never seen a 1/2 melted timing belt with most of the teeth stripped before. So could be timing belt. Probably want to work out what it is in case it leads to something more serious. Also check your tires just in case one is rubbing. Follow your nose.

mums CRV had a burning smell the other day, went and had a look the radiator overflow bottle was sitting on the manifold heat shield.

Transmission overheating! It could be a long shot but Odyssey's don't have great auto's and when auto's over heat they do smell like burning rubber
