thats what i thought, until you take a second look, then realise she has already moved right over close to his bike. She's already trying to intimidate him with her car. I think there may be a little more to the story.

I dunno--in the lead up I can't work out if he was splitting lanes up past her or if she pulled up alongside him in the lane and tapped him first. It looks to me like she deliberately pushed over onto him before he reacted If he was splitting I agree--if she hit him first I can relate to him being annoyed

yeah hardcase. Who was the winner out of that altercation! One with a bike in need of repair, a walk home and a possible wilful damage and assault charge. The other possibly up for attempted murder charge.
Bet they both wish they had of stayed at home that day.
