If you have a history with them State aren't too bad value for money and have upped their customer service game of late. I'd be very wary of AA, they are an Aussie owned company (they just rent the name from the NZ AA) who put most of their panel work out to tender, I've heard some real horror stories from guys in the trade!

state is not too bad but they are charging me a small fortune for my lowest valued car and wont touch the lvv.

Insure one of them and swap the plates around as required if anything happens to one of them. It helps if they're all the same make and model.
