looking into getting a subaru outback 2004 + model. Any thoughtson good and bad aspects of it. Currently have 2004 toyota caldina but want a wagon that is a bit bigger than what I have.

i have an 04 outback new shape (think there are ne w and old 2004 models). its great. fast if you need it, tows like a train, great handling, feels nice.

Got the Legacy in the same shape. I love it. If we were replacing it tomorrow, I'd look at the Outback since the wife uses it for the sprog and the Outback's a bit higher.

i have a legacy sedan and its brilliant but I was talking to someone that just bought and outback and shewas thrilled with it performance, comfortand economical as well
