I have got a 2012 piaggio zip 50 st scooter that will not go past half throttle, it will bog and die, it idles fine, revs quickly to half throttle I have cleaned out the carburettor and it made no difference, tried adjusting the fuel mixture screw and again no difference Would anyone have any ideas Thanks in advance

Fuel filter and fuel tap. If it has a reserve switch throw it onto that, sometimes the "on" position or "reserve" position can be restricted compared to the other.

also what about the air cleaner! and did you check the throttle actuarly opens fully and choke is not on and stuff!
