Hi Guys. Did an oil change on the accord today, topped it up and went to start it. It turns over fine, and I can smell gas, so i took a plug out and tested it on a metal surface.nothing (is it worth mentioning that there was oil on the end of the coil packs on cyl 1,2 and 3). So the stupid thing has no spark. Tested the yellow&black wire next to the dizzy and there's 12v there.

Did you flood it! Put your foot flat to the floor and crank it over til it starts. I had this happen to me a few times with my 96 Accord. They dont like being started,then moving a short distance(like backed out of garage )then being turned off while cold.

If it was flooded it would still have spark. I would suspect ignition module in distributor, particularly if it was wound over without having an ignition lead correctly earthed
