Yeah who do they answer too, I've seen so many cop cars with a tail light or head lamp out. I got a ticket many years ago when my right lamp blew on my way home from work one night and when I said to the cop writing the ticket out "are you gonna give yourself a ticket because one of yours is out also" to which he replied "I better get that fixed and you just worry about getting your own vehicle up to standard".tosser!

the problem is when someone needs to borrow your car to run down to bottle shop A lot of people in sth akl must be on apprentice wages as well
