Well we have spent over one year rebuilding a GN400 6Volt motorbike. Been a huge job and we so close but now so far. AEvery bolt has been replaced.Full Paintjob even the rims!. So we have a rally in two weeks and its all back together and now it wont charge. 6Volt charged. Turn the key and it drops down as little as 1.3Volts. When you turn the motor off it will start to increse agaain. When i put my meter over the CDI Unit it is putting out as high as 23Volts. The mecanic who has checked the Magnito reacons it is cgarging at 7.5 Volts but i dont know. Rally coming up in Two weeks and now stressing as it will not be ready Grrrrr. Someone help me. There will be beers on the table.
