Right my problem is that my VZ shudders when accelerating above 100km/hr it will accelerate steadily up to 100k but as soon as I put my foot down at 100k it just starts shuddering like made and very slowly if at all increases in speed, I tried it in other gears and does the same in 4th about the same rev range 2000-2300.
Any ideas of what might be causing this, it just happened out of the blue took the car to work this morning and it was fine drove home from work with a trailer and was fine, left the trailer at home the drove to work again and it started doing it and the same when I drove home again

Had a similar experience in a VS commodore. Cruising at 100k going up a very slight incline and it would shudder trying to maintain 100 kph. Later on the same weekend I noticed the auto did not seem right on the hills in Dunedin and checked the trans fluid. It was down about 250ml. Topped up the transmission and the shuddering at 100kph was gone. 100kph in a VS is 1800 rpm.
