We have a Poptop Camper, weighs around 800kg, has 165r13 8 ply tyres. What sort of cold pressure should I run!

being 8 plys and on single axle I'd aim for 36-40.

Try a tyre shop, they will know the right pressure.

30 to 35psi should be fine. Wouldn't run them at anything higher then 35psi. At or lower then 30psi would overheat them/ wear the edges fast & be susceptible to pothole punctures. Higher then 35psi would possibly allow it to slid on wet roads & wear the centers fast, also bumps are harder on the chassis/suspension

Try 35psi, if it feels too soft on the road then up it to 38psi. If it feels too harsh, then drop it to 32psi 2 psi either way can make a heck of a difference
Each trailer & load can effect tyres & handling differently
