your van (hiace) rego on hold,like because the van isnt running everyday is it not good for it ect and do you have to keep the warrents up to date.!

I think 3 months is the minimum, If you try to re-register it within that period you will have to pay for that 3 month period. Google LTSA or whoever it is now.

Rego on hold, no need to wof. When time to go back on road, wof then rego.

always put on hold 12 month free to do online. once you want it back on road you get a wof then rego again the first 3 month get backdated after that it can be wofed and regod at any time no need to wait 12 month as the 12 month is only the period the hold needs renewing.
also hold only starts once the registration has run out. and your not allowed to drive it on roads when its on hold other then to wof place.

If you are able to start the car and move it around the drive every couple of weeks, it will help keep the battery charged, and stop various parts from trying to seize up,like clutch or handbrake etc.

if you got a garage you just have to shut em down hot and nothing will seeze up you never tighten the handbrake and you got to spread plenty rat poison so the rats eat the poison and not your wiring looms and interior and stuff.
