Thanks man! The mileage in the new car is sooo different and I knew exactly what I could travel where on the other gauge. this one gets more to the top half less to the bottom and a different rate than the other so just wanting to know what gets what etc but worried about running out of gas testing :P - its 50km more than the other in the top half but the bottom runs out extremely fast so needing to gauge where it cuts out completely to be safe etc etc.

Why oh why did I not think of a drum lol, truly appreciated. Guess I know what I'll be doing this week then. just have to wait to eat away at the next fill-up.

As long as the needle generally hovers around the 'E' on the gaage, you'll be ok as that means you have 'ENOUGH'. If it's down around the 'F' on the gauge then you'll run out coz that means 'Eff All'.
