How much oil does a 2003 Mitsubishi 4G63 engine need when doing an oil and filter change! What grade would be best its done 75,000km

about 4L. I would use anything from 5W30, 10W30, 10W40 to 15W40. Probably 10W40 would be the best all-rounder oil. They are a fairly simple SOHC engine which the core design has been around since 1980 and don't require a special oil. At 75,000kms you wouldn't have to worry about oil consumption for at least another 100,000 to 200,000kms.
