Have an Altezza and it makes a grinding sound while reversing and steering wheel is turned right.

How many kms, where does it sound like the grinding noise is. Is there any clicking noise on full lock when going forwards!

Loose mudflap catching the tyre! Or you may have one of those 19 or 20 inch wheels that are scuffing on the inner guard!

Lots of KM's 260K.
Grinding noise is coming from the front somewhere (sorry don't know anything about cars really, just know it's coming from the front)Can't hear a clicking noise, just a big grind when turning the wheel right while reversing.

I am going to say, wheel bearing, disc or caliper.
Also, when checking next time, wind down both the drivers and passengers window, the sound may be coming from the opposite side, just through the open window.
It could also be something as silly as a stuck stone.

Is there anything loose near the front wheels, like mud flaps or plastic inner guard!

I would get the disc pads checked first. Is this happening with foot on the brakes!
