I have this honda that keeps stalling on me and runs really rough at idle, I've just had to have transmission overhaluled im thinking it maybe fuel but not sure! tia

temporarily block off E.G.R. valve and see if that cures the problem.If it does you may need a new valve.

Exhaust gas recirculation valve. It's on the intake manifold, distributor side.

Yup EGR valves pretty common to fail on those, I'd look at this before touching anything else.

I would still clean the throttle body to start with, it's a 30 second job.

I'd plug it in and look at the TPS. Is it hunting at idle!

have only just checked this thead n see there is a few comment's :) when in idle at a intersection it is running rough, almost feel's like it is going to stall, the engine check light has started coming on

the trans went in it a fewweeks ago thought thtat might of had something to do with it, hasnt fixed the probelm
