Cambelt or Cambelt kit i.e. tensioner, idler, seals etc? What about the water pump are we doing that at the same time?

A pair of amateurs who had never done a Hilux before took about 3.5 hrs in a home workshop. Having no aircon makes a difference.

I have a Autodata book here ,that says 1.8hrs ,but add water-pump, cam /crank seals ,a tight as crank pulley. then you discover alternator belts etc need replacing and its become the piece of string.

While you're in there you might as well do the lot.

Meh, anything from 1 hour to 8 hours depending on what spirits or incentive is about.
This I do know, removing the radiator speeds up the job & removes a lot of accidents.

agreed . radiator out,i have never been able to match those autodata times

you have to add them up like fan belt times and cam belt times and coolant system change times and you get plenty more time. way more then you need , so you use cambelt and cooling system times and skip fanbelt times then you get about what it should take
