Here are some specs on the Blade. The page does not cover 2010, but the 3.5s before that in the same E150 body shape have a standard 6 speed auto. I believe it was because the motor was too powerful to fit a CVT to those.

When you put it into manual shift mode there are 6 speeds for you to shift through.

EVERY TIME CVTs are discussed somebody asks this.
Usually with a grin on their face like they think they've discovered an embarassing secret and proved that the emperor has no clothes.

Take it back BEFORE doing anything to it and see what they say. Get informed of CGA rights and obligations on dealer.

It's stuffed. rejected last night. follow up today. options to get refund or repaired, once decision made follow thru with legals and dt if necessary. just the hassle involved and being without wheels as the posturing begins.

the rub is they want to take it back and refund, they have acknowledged they will get it fixed and hock it off for more, but the buyer needs wheels, they have offered about 40% of the repair costs. Take it or a full refund. Thinking over night.
