The last thing you want to put on concrete, too acid and will damage the surface of the concrete.
Best way is to use dry cement or lime to soak up the excess oil, you'll need to keep it dry for a couple of days and then sweep and hose it away. Then put dry laundry powder on it and leave it for as long as you can before hosing it away. You might have to repeat this several times as the oil will "float" to the surface with time. Cement, or lime sprinkled on light stains will colour them out too, lime gives a whiter effect.

Reminds me of ex father in law , wouldnt let me park my landrover in his drive when courting then GF , his & hers cars in garage had tray s with sawdust in them underneath . fussy old bugger
