Ford Falcon BFII Drive shaft center bearing

Hi all,
I have 06 BFII XR8 6spd manual and was wondering if anyone knew the center bearing size. 30mm or 35 mm.
It has cv style joint where drive shaft connects to the diff and a uni joint by the center bearing.
TIA

XR6 Falcons are normally 35mm, so I can't see a reason why the XR8 would be smaller. You could buy both and return one after the job is done. It might pay to replace the uni joint at the same time. Take care with that CV type coupling, try not to let it fall apart, it only goes one way and it's a bit of a PITA if you haven't worked on one before.

Thanks for that. The only ones I can find on here reckon the one with uni joint by hanger is 30mm and cv by hanger is 35mm. Hmm

Normally an XR8 and XR6 Turbo have 35mm and XR6 non turbo are 30mm

So they make 2 sizes for the uni joint in the middle? I thought cv style center was 35mm and uni is 30mm. Don't really want to get under there to take it off just to measure it as I only want to remove once.
