There is no odd or alien technology under the bonnet of your euro car. Any nerd with laptop or backyard mechanic with a hammer should be able to deal with it. Disclaimer, I am Neither of the above, I only read this somewhere, so it must be true.

some people ae prejudice about mercs and play silly buggers with your car,ive have nazi symbols scratched on my paint when i took it for a wheel alignment in whitianga and paint stripper blobs at another place,i hate taking my car to any old place

This symbol is as old as the ancient Romans. it's a religious symbol meaning health and prosperity ( well close enough for you dudes ) . i think the GERMAN Swastika is drawn differently

Yep any garage with scan toosl can diagnose merc /BMw faults & also on line is other info .Dont need to pay dealers or "specialists ' astronomical rates . Modern mercs have a pretty good in car own diagnostic system .
