I dunno bout auckland. But I take mine to the local fire protection place that sell and service fire extinguushes. Hope this helps

Have you heard of the Eziswap scheme? If you've got an outlet in your area its the best thing to do rather than muck about with cylinder certifications etc.

I get my CO2 bottle refilled at RFD NZ Ltd. - Splatters a bit on the mig but great value, particularly when welding outside when you have to crank the gas up.

Great bunch of guys, cheap as chips and the also test and cert bottles.
