Both will be bugger all.
WIkipedia or Google will be able to tell you with a bit of searching. info. The engine model numbers are needed for more precise kw

If both are basic models of the same age then guessing about 10bhp difference Peak hp & torque will be at slightly different places

88kw for the injected SOHC, 81kw for a carb'd one and supposedly 103kw for the DOHC. They're all pretty uninspiring motors though

Still tho . 81kw to 103kw is a fairly good jump + non turbo

103 kw at the flywheel, it whittles away pretty quickly after that. i went from the 4g63 SOHC to the 4g63 DOHC it wasn't much different, pulled better on the butt dyno at 100 but that's about it
