Just picked up a little 24L 1.5hp compressor for the grand total of $12, which was supposed to be broken, but actually does seem to work just fine, it looks to have lost most it's oil though from sitting on it's side.
Anybody have a manual handy can tell me what weight and quantity, has a sight glass but no actual markings I can see, I guess about 1/2 way would be right!

try your local mitre 10/they stock a proper branded compresser oil.

Half way up when flat. Doesnt take too much to overfill them tho. Normally if run on side will suck up some dirt and block the reed wich needs cleaned. My neighbour has 8 that he has got from the dump and fixed.
