Lady driver here so please be kind. It's taking a few seconds longer than I think is ususal to stop and there is a slight shuddering feeling in the steering wheel when stopping. No grinding or squealing noises.Where do you recommend I go and what should I expect to pay!

front discs could be out of shape, probably need machining, go to your local garage $150 to200

$70 each I can believe. I paid $110 for a new pair of front rotors for my Nissan Maxima from the dealer. Why would you bother machining at that price!

Where can you buy new rotors for a 2005 SV6 for $70! And pads for $35-$40 will be shit quality.
