Assuming you mean the 27Mhz CB band - no, UHF FM PRS radios will not work on the lower AM band - it is not practical in any way to try and modify them to do so - you will need to obtain rdaios built specifically for that band.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
