I had to drive my car to safety through the water because my street flooded. My oil has drained out and car has been playing up. Help please!

sounds like more than just water damage if the water has drained out.

its likely phucked if you've driven it with no oil. perhaps park it near a tall, old, concrete / brick building and wait!

I't will be covered by insurance. Just rang the insurance company
