keith18, Feb 24, 9:30am

wrong2, Feb 24, 10:13am
haha

man , for a Holden fan , your knowledge of them is woefull

CTS-V is Sigma , not Zeta

ct9a, Feb 24, 7:30pm
i noticed GTR was above it by 2seconds
and directly below the time buy how many splits!

ct9a, Feb 24, 7:31pm
in standard form yes

ct9a, Feb 24, 7:32pm
and a well tuned 12a pp would do like wise ,but in the same vehicle type a 202 vs a 13b j port /pp or turbo would leave a 202 behind

ct9a, Feb 24, 7:34pm
its like being at a aussie out back pub here ,20years behind and no clue on anything but.

ct9a, Feb 24, 7:39pm
you have done the same modifications any other person would do also
a evo with 6k spent on it would dominate on 1/4mile,track and open road sorry

1fordluva, Feb 24, 7:53pm
I know a few people there scotty.
If you need hook ups for tuning or engine building,or just some like minded commo owners give us a yell.

1fordluva, Feb 24, 7:58pm
Bullocks, evo with 6k! You talking about evo 7,8,9! So a big dollar import aye
dreamer!
Link g4$$ genuine garret$$$ tune$$$
And it would still be way short on hp and TOURQUE.
I didnt do the mods to the car.
You know sweet F all chap, you bought a car pre built and now have Ohhh 900hp And know nothing about how it works, just turn key and drive.
Pipe up when you learn some real world figures chap, not just your cheque book.

1fordluva, Feb 24, 8:01pm
Just check all of the vac hoses under the engine cowling.
Supercharged v6 como have been known to perish the vac lines with alot of heat.
Probably not making boost.

ct9a, Feb 24, 8:08pm
i run my own shop and involved in a fair bit of tuning etc.
are you! have seen many a vehicle type ,done allsorts, and i mean allsorts
Are you going to chrome at hampton downs! you will see 2 of my clients vehicles, blown v8's on the track.
hp and torque is all you old school boys rah on about move with the times please for god sake.if you could buy a el/ef coon and spend 6k on it and be that quick dont you think everyone in nz would, heck look at the prices on a coon mate .

i have altered quite a few things on my latest vehicle, spent another 12k or so on her ,so you are in no posistion to make claims while grasping straws in a rant of Jealousy !

perhaps il trade in all my vehicles and buy a el and turbo it for strip
a 3.8 s/c commy for daily and smokking jap crap fizz pops
a w427 for track .YEA RIGHT

ct9a, Feb 24, 8:19pm

1fordluva, Feb 24, 8:27pm
You said 6k,I said the car was bought for 6k.
I know enough to know that without torque your car would be a piece of sxxxt.
Old boy,jesus get real.
You started the rant.
I have been in many fast jap cars and dont mind them at all.
You seem to have a thing about v8,s and holden and ford.
The basis of my first comment was,for 6k and an average 6k jappa, but you just kept going on your little hatred rant about aussie cars.
You only ever do it when someone says something about "jappa"
Your clients obviously dont see your true colours, because if they did I doubt they would deal with you.
This will be my last post to you,I dont do simple people at all,or those without a sence of humour.

1fordluva, Feb 24, 8:29pm
Pmsl, thats our runabout before going overseas.hp in abundance, bloody cheap to run though.
Blowing the doors off 900hp skylines since jesus was a boy ha ha ha

scotty20001, Feb 24, 8:45pm
no your knowledge is woefull, Sigma is General Motors' mid-size rear-wheel drive automobile platform. The architecture debuted in 2002 with the 2003 Cadillac CTS and is adaptable for all-wheel drive and extended wheelbase versions. Development of the Sigma platform began at Holden in Australia before 1998 as GWRD or Global World Rear Drive.

ct9a, Feb 24, 8:49pm
each to their own,and different application.
anything can be done with $$$

its not about the type of vehicle its the owners who rave in wonderland about things that well i hear at least once a week, such as scotty2001 talks alot of it,people in the know with a wide range just see right threw the b.s.

i would pick a xr6 turbo then mod it before a dirty old el why! better package all round ,and higher hp to begin with. so effectivly better money spent with a better result all round and its modern with the times on nz roads.and $ for $ over a gtp you will gain more.

ct9a, Feb 24, 8:51pm

scotty20001, Feb 24, 8:51pm
cheers, will do

scotty20001, Feb 24, 8:53pm
