I wonder if a spring has come off it's seat and is sitting up. That or it has something jamed in the suspension or the low side has collapsed a spring.

Park on a service station forecourt & see what it looks like then. or Stop letting the g/f drive Remember to remove the g/f before you hop in Theres a spare couple of dozen bear bottles in the low side of the deck
Anyways . Could be a front spring thats causing the back to look low (check front heights)
If you jack up the body (not the diff) on the low side until it measures correct, then check the front heights.
Also . Be REALLY REALLY sure you are on flat ground
