Dripping oil from underneath,any thoughts on what the problem maybe.

Could be anything, the best thing to do would be to clean the engine / degrease it then go for a drive and see where its coming from. Oil has funny ways of traveling and does not always go in the most logical direction. It could be a simple rocker cover gasket

Check your oil filter, they have a tendency to work loose on the isuzu motors

There are lots of ways that your motor could be leaking engine oil. That oil is pumped through the whole motor and also piped to the alternator and turbo, cleaning down option is the best.
