hey ive noticed that automatic transmisson fluid must be geting into my radiator is there anywau to stop this . And if it is getting into the radiator will it be getting into the transmission thanks

Yes and probably. For starters replace the Radiator, ad at the least you will be up for a complete trans flush

May still need a transmission - depends on how long the water has been leaking in there & what damage it has done.

Buy a trans oil cooler cheaper than a new radiator.

I assume these have a trans cooler built into the radiator!
You will need a new radiator, new trans fluid, gasket and trans flush and coolant at the very least If you are lucky.
Trans don't like coolant at all . it might be ok short term but you may need to strip down and overhaul in the future

all VX Holdens have trans coolers built in to the radiator, as said new radiator and trans flush should sort it out.

Trans cooing pipes flow thru a header tank. if fluid is getting into the coolant then pipe may have split in it inside the header tank. replace radiator

If fluid is getting into the coolent, then wouldn't one assume that coolent would also be getting into the fluid lines to the tranny!
