ive got a 5 speed serria box in my capri and the speedo only works when you de accelerate.have replaced speedo drive and swapd dashes,cables.the inner cable only spinns when off the gas. anyone got any ideas!

Sounds like something moving in the box, rear bearing maybe, any noises from the box!

no noises in the box,seems to run real sweet,,but id agree with you about somthing in the box and a bearing would do it,that meens pulling the box out and pulling it apart,,bugga , another box im thinking, cheers
