I just saw a news video of 3 elderlies rescued from a car after 20 hours trapped. Debris around the car meant they couldn't open the doors.I am wondering whether the electric windows stop working when a car has been swept along in seawater and then deposited amonst debris.! If so then there must be dozens of others who are also trapped inside their cars at the moment.Also I assume the car horns are not working either !
