take your car to a mechanic or auto electrician. Sorry to sound blunt but if you don't understand what I said then you are best to pay a professional to fix it.

my mate went to toyota a few years ago and thats whyt toyota asked for the winder he got a secoundhand one for 260$ same years as where i got my fiat one for 56 bux.
