anyone know how to fix the heater when it only works on low!

1. Check coolant level. 2. Is the engine at normal operating temperature!

yea coolant level is fine and engine temp is ok on the gauge but the motor does seem abit hot, but um just when i turn on the heater it doesnt really do anything but if im going 100kms then it works fine.

Could be a number of things. SInce you say it only works under load (100km/h) then I'd say its a blocked heater core. Work out which heater hose from the firewall to the engine head is the outlet (colder of the two), remove them both and shove your garden hose into the outlet hose. Crank open the tap and watch the diarrhoea from the inlet hose.

ohh ok, the switch inside the car turns but it doesnt light up at night when i have my lights on as the other switches do so i thought maybe its the switch, when im going fast (70km + ) it starts heating up, but i dont here the fan at all so i thought maybe its the fan. i dunno its strange.
