Just would like to know about the 3500cc engine. If the cambelt has been replaced is there much to go wrong with it mechanically wise. Just want to use it as an off roader but not thrashing it over rocks etc. just want to through fishing gear in the back . I've owned a 3000 V6 in Australia,sold it with 120k on the clock and did nothing to it. Now everyone in this country tells me that they are shit. Suggestions please.

cant help ya on the 3.5 but i have a 3litre and never had a problem with it.in fact it goes blardy well.only thing it cant pass is a petrol station.lol
