is there any different exhaust manifolds for holden v6 vt! its going in a hilux and the exhaust dumps right on top of slave cylinder

It might be worth converting to a centre push clutch release bearing!
Just a thought if you get nothing better

yeah have been told about this but not sure where i can get it from as motor and clutch is holden and gearbox is toyota

Centre push release bearings are available as a generic item from the likes of Cardwells, Racetech, Kendal Racing Supplies (if they are still going) etc.
They are not specific to any particular gearbox, but being race gear they aren't all that cheap ($400!)

kinda unrelated but i cant say i support the manifolds they run on the new 3.6 alloytec v6 its cast as one piece into the head presumably out of aluminium
doesnt leave any room for modification especially seeing as it looks like a 1960s truck design
