You just said you didnt know what car or engine you were going to invest your time into. heres a list of things you may need. Forged pistons , forged connecting rods, new bearings, hardened crank shaft, new head gasket (possibly multilayer steel type).You may need to get different valves and springs depending on the engine. Depending on the engine the cams may need to be looked into to maintain optimal flow . Larger fuel injectors , A re-maped or after market ecu to run said injectors. New fuel pump, some sort of inter-cooling system, a new air intake, new exhaust , wastegate , surge by pass valve. There you go. you can decide what you need from that list.

just the engine . you could turbo the supercharger! you would get it to past 350 hp and still be reliable .its got the steel crank in it to

Thats right on the money. I can't work out your stupid ass question to provide any real input.

A 4AGZE has ceramic topped pistons, low compression and a steal crank. Add a manifold and computer and you're done for a low ball turbo engine around the 250 safe mark.

a 3SFE essentially needs full replacement, a gen1-2 3SGE can manage 300 horse without melting and no changes to its guts.

You want more than 500 horse out of a 2JZ then you're going to need new internals. 700 will need a new transmission.

Feel free to ask more stupid ass questions when you've actually got an engine to work with.
