The price is good and its a turbo and O.K km's but. I would be sussing it out carefully with regard to how the current owner has been treating it. New shiny big alloys are not necessarily a good sign.
Depends if this lady owner is a girl racer or just a chick wanting to make her car look a bit nicer. Worth looking into further I reckon.
