Can anyone tell me where the ECU diagnostic port is on one of these - it appears to be in a different place on my Jap import form the USDM versions.US websites say the OBDCII port should be behind the ashtray but it's not there - makes me think my car doesn't have an OBDCII port.

OH and its most likely a 2 pin plug which you bridge to get codes.

You wont get fault codes out from the 2 pin connector either US uses obd2 emission standards jdm dont this is why. You need to locate the yellow two pin connector will be on drivers side of vehicle could even be plugged into a holder this is what you need to bridge out for air bag fault codes.
